So today I decided to write this article to share with you my personal experience. How to lose weight in 3 weeks?

Detailed description of the 4 stages of the program:

The first step is the first week, during which you may eat only vegetables, adding little by little, as the days proteins that you are recommended in the book, such as fish, chicken and turkey ...
